It is Free to list your property and we will do valuation & take professional photos once we have successfully placed a tenant in your property we charge a small commission. 

We only charge commission when we successfully sell or let your property 

Our commissions for sales starts from 1%  + VAT depending on the property asking price 
Commission for rentals starts from 4% + VAT depending on the location of the property  

We provide full support from valuing and taking professional photos of your property, screening appropriate tenants to handling viewings and handling the paperwork so you don’t have to. 

We currently have two locations, North Finchley & St John’s Wood. 

We are open Monday ­ Friday from 10am until 6pm. Saturdays we are open 10am until 3pm. 

We currently deal with a range of properties covering everything from residential lettings to commercial sales & a we have a portfolio of off market properties, which more details can be given upon request.

We will do our due diligence and check their work and landlord references, they are unable to provide a work reference we will make sure they have a guarantor, we will also run a credit check on the tenant.

We have properties across London, predominately based in Finchley, Hendon, Mayfair & South Kensington as well as many other locations.
